Colour cast floors
The big advantage of a PU cast floor is that it can be made entirely according to your wishes. Any RAL, NCS and Sikkens color is possible. We also have our own colors that are available in both mono and duo colors. In addition, you can have the floor laid a bit busier or a bit quieter. We ask you to be present on day 3 when we lay the floor, so that you can indicate how busy or quiet you want the floor to be. It is not necessarily necessary to be present when the floor is laid, simply passing on what you would like is enough to get it completely to your liking because our people have a lot of experience.
A frequently chosen motif and colour is the concrete look. The concrete look can be combined very well with steel doors, black or wooden kitchens. In addition, you can make the whole to your own liking by means of rugs, warm materials and colors.
The PU cast floor is laid in five different steps. The first step is preparation. Depending on the subfloor, we ensure that it is leveled and/or sanded. This happens especially with bad screeds or tile floors. In the second step, we apply a primer that ensures that the PU cast floor adheres to the substrate. Letting the primer cure takes several hours. The third step is to remove the last irregularities so that the final PU cast floor can be laid in the fourth step. Then, in the fifth and final step, we ensure that the floor is provided with a protective layer, the topcoat. This process takes 4 to 5 days, after which it can then be lightly loaded. After about 7 to 8 days, it can be heavily loaded again, such as placing the furniture on the floor.
